    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using the website of Mike Can Help LLC, including its DBAs (Viral Verve Marketing, Virvant, and Verve AI), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

    2. Description of Service

    Mike Can Help LLC provides digital marketing, AI revenue systems, lead generation consultation, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service with or without notice to you.

    3. TCPA Consent and Communication

    By providing your phone number to Mike Can Help LLC, you expressly consent to receive marketing and informational calls and text messages from Mike Can Help LLC, its DBAs, and its authorized agents. These communications may be generated using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or artificial/prerecorded voice.

    Your consent to receive these communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

    Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. For assistance, reply "HELP". You may opt-out of receiving phone calls by asking the representative to place you on our internal Do Not Call list.

    4. Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of our digital marketing and AI system setup services, our refund policy is as follows:

    • Setup Fees: Setup fees for AI systems, marketing campaigns, and funnels are non-refundable once work has commenced. These fees compensate our team for the time and resources dedicated to building your custom systems.
    • Monthly Retainers/Subscriptions: Monthly service fees are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. You may cancel your monthly service at any time by providing a 30-day written notice to info@michaelcanhelp.com. Services will continue until the end of the paid period.
    • Consultations: Paid consultation fees are non-refundable unless the consultation is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

    We strive for 100% client satisfaction and will work diligently to address any concerns or issues with our services.

    5. Intellectual Property

    All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Mike Can Help LLC or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall Mike Can Help LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
